Begin with what you spin. The tube sizes and the number of tubes per run decide which rotor you need, and the samples decide how fast the centrifuge must go. Ask for the maximum speed and the relative centrifugal force, since some protocols are written in one and some in the other.
Decide whether your samples need cooling. A refrigerated centrifuge keeps samples cool during the run, which matters for temperature-sensitive work. If they do not, a simpler benchtop model is usually enough.
Check the timer range, the lid and its latch, and how easy the chamber and rotor are to clean. Confirm the mains voltage and plug for your country, and ask which rotors and adapters are available.
Send SEFAKOY the tube types and the throughput you expect, and we will confirm the specification in your quotation.
