How do I request a quotation?
Fill in the enquiry form or email admin@sefakoy.co with the equipment you need, the quantities and where it should be delivered. If you would rather talk it through, call us on +90 506 190 6796 or +90 534 359 2378.
Where is SEFAKOY located?
Our office is at 1205 Trump Towers – Tower 1, Mecidiyeköy Yolu Cd. No: 12, Şişli / İstanbul. You are welcome to call ahead before visiting.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00, and closed on Sundays.
Can I ask for a specific model?
Yes. Tell us the model code you have in mind, for example SF-A411A, and we will confirm availability and the full specification. If you are working from another supplier’s documents, send them to us and we will help you find the closest match.
Do you offer installation and support?
Yes. Installation, technical support and maintenance can all be arranged. Tell us what you are buying and we will include the right level of support in your quotation.
Which documents can I ask for?
Ask us for the product datasheet, the user instructions and any other documents that apply to the model you choose and the country it is going to. We will tell you what is available.
